Bunny is a 60-minute low impact strength training workout using weights and resistance bands. Our group training sizes are 1-4 people, so you’ll get tons of personalized attention and support during class! Be ready to kick ass, realize just how strong you are, and come back wanting more!

100%. We’re thrilled you’re thinking of getting stronger with us! Bunny is excited to teach progressive overload training (more weight, more reps, or both, over time) to beginners. This is the most efficient and effective way to build lean muscle mass. It’s how celebrity trainers train their clients and how  you’re going to achieve your health and fitness goals.

We tailor the workout to the foundation you’re starting from, and we love teaching womxn the proper form for your body and ability, how to work around and prevent injury, as well as how to use new equipment, load plates, and see the gym as a non-intimidating space!

Bunny was born out of long-time fitness experts wanting to offer a better space with a better training plan designed specifically for women and their health and physique goals. We’ve curated the equipment, plants, music, vibes, and community to maximize gains AND delight. You’re going to love the way you feel in and after your training session.

Consistency is key! Whether you can accommodate 1 class per week or 3 classes per week, the best way to get results is by consistently showing up each week. Our workout is designed to progressively overload your muscles, so recovery is important. The amount of time your body needs to recover depends on your personal fitness level and nutrition. One of our coaches at Bunny can speak with you about the membership options that will work best for your lifestyle, and help you become the strongest version of yourself. 

Each person’s body responds differently, but typically, individuals that attend class 2-3 times per week feel stronger and notice changes within 6 weeks, with significantly noticeable results in 3 months. Ultimately, if you want to see results you’ll have to put in the work! Consistency is vital. 

Our workout is done inside and any athletic shoe or sneaker works well. The strength training is low-impact—that means, NO BOX JUMPS OR BURPEES…EVER! Therefore, any athletic wear will do and extremely tight running sports bras aren’t required. Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. We have water refill stations and bottled water available as well. We recommend you bring a towel if you sweat since it is still an intense workout.
